Progress! :)

Dan has been working hard on the shadow box. The Air Force symbol has been a challenge, to say the least, but it's finally coming together. He spent two days just playing with stains/tints to find the right matches. There's still some work to be done on the symbol before it's done but it's looking good! :)



This is his design. Here's a rough idea of how it will look when done. Except the coloring will be different.


We took the kids to camp yesterday. They weren't allowed to bring their cell phones so I have no contact with them. :( This is very difficult for me but I'm sure they are having a blast. We'll make the 5 hour drive again on Friday to pick them up. Hopefully we'll get our puppy Friday too, since it's on the way. If not, we pick her up on Saturday. Any name ideas? I really, really like Bella but Dan is iffy with that.
